About

My name is Landon Thompson, and by God's grace I'm a Christian.

A couple basic things about my background... I was home educated through high school, and I'm now a business man, I like studying apologetics, evangelism, science, history, business, language, leadership, investing, logic, economics, government, politics, physical education, and health. I enjoy playing guitar, singing in choir, writing, playing sports, studying God's Word, spending time with family and friends, and talking to people about deep and controversial subjects.

I once was a lost sinner. Then I learned that dishonoring my parents, lying, envying, being hateful, having lust in my heart, were sins against God who is perfectly holy and good. It was at that point that I realized I was in big trouble, and I deserved the punishment of hell. So when I saw that God was rich in mercy, and loved the world so much that He actually gave His only Son as a sacrifice for sins... I repented of my sins, and put my trust in Jesus Christ. And now I REJOICE because my name is written in the book of life! It's my desire to share that good news, that Jesus can forgive people of their sins, with all who will hear. I hope other believers in Jesus will share that same desire.

I've been studying biblical evangelism primarily from the Bible, and additionally online and through audio, video, and written material since September of 2011. Instead of just storing up knowledge, and being only a hearer of the Word, I wanted to make sure that I was a doer. So to put it into action, I have been practicing evangelism by sharing gospel tracts, street witnessing, conversing with people, and open air preaching regularly.

Some of the people whom I have learned from include: Ray Comfort, Emeal Zwayne, Mark Spence, John MacArthur, Sye Ten Bruggencate, Charlie Campbell, Eric Ludy, Paul Washer, Voddie Baucham, and Erwin Lutzer to name a few.

My prayer is for other believers and me to become and stay inspired, convicted, encouraged, and equipped to share the gospel to this lost and dying world.
